It is so hard to wake up in early morning. Especially when everybody else is sleeping. But don't worry! The green tea will help you again. Instead of a cup of coffee try the green tea cocktail with banana and yogurt. This healthy drink will boost your day. I promise, it is really tasty.
For 2 - 3 cups you will need:
1 cup made green tea
1 cup plain yogurt
1 banana
1 tablespoon honey
a little bit cinnamon
The process is really simple. I guess you even know before I'll say. Just cut the banana and place all ingredients in the blender. Pulse until everything incorporated. Pour into glasses and decorate with mint leaves if you wish. Enjoy with a cup of your healthy green tea drink!
